1. NATURE OF SERVICE

LUMY Control is a software platform (SaaS) designed exclusively for the management, registration, and auditing of financial operations. LUMY Control is NOT a cryptocurrency exchange, is NOT a fund custody entity, nor does it provide financial or investment advice.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITY

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data entered into the platform. LUMY Control is not responsible for financial losses resulting from decisions based on the tool's calculations (including Hybrid Profit).

3. PAYMENT PROCESSING

• •Subscriptions are paid using digital assets (USDT).
• •Service activation is manual and may take up to 24 hours after receipt of proof (TXID).
• •Due to the nature of the digital service, all payments are final and non-refundable once the account is activated.

4. PRIVACY AND SECURITY

LUMY Control commits to not sharing, selling, or leaking users' operational or personal information. Data is stored with enterprise-level security protocols; however, the user is responsible for safeguarding their access credentials.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LUMY Control does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service and will not be liable for technical failures resulting from external infrastructure providers or blockchain network issues.
